We accept payments via PayPal and Shopify Payment (Credit Card or Credit Balance). You’ll be redirected to the relevant secure site to complete your payment and then returned to our store once it’s done.

What packaging options are available?
We currently offer:
: A brown shipping box with paper wrapping. This option is best for long dresses to prevent wrinkles and damage during transit.

Where is my order shipped from?
All items are packed and shipped from Cambodia (Bavet) for Epacket service. If you choose Singapore Post, delivery shall be taken place from Vietnam hub then transit to Singapore in next 2-3 working days.

How long will my order take to ship?
Most pieces are made-to-order and require approximately 30 - 45 working days to ship (barring unexpected delays). Backordered items may take around 40 working days. For more precise timelines, please refer to the notes listed under each product.
